Pre-Natal Yoga

Most Pregnant ladies will be able to join out regular sessions. The needed modification for pregnant ladies will be provided.
Even if you are new to yoga, do not hesitate, just come :o)

Note: Do not let the cost factor stop you from coming to a class. If you have a financial issue or a constraint feel free to talk to me in person. It is totally 'okay' to do that. I shall try my best to help you in whatever way i can.

From The Bakery Shop (TBS)

With TBS at your back, walk towards Marriott (not towards the Souffle building), hardly a minute into your walk, you'll find Norwegian embassy on your left, at the corner turn left - you are on Shafik Mansour Street now. Keep walking and in less than a minute you will see NuN Center on your left.

From Beano's Cafe, Zamalek
If you are standing with Beano's at your back,
(Lufthansa office is in front of you and Marriott is on your left)
You'll find a small police post guarding the street to the left.
Take this street. At the end of the street you will find a school on the left.
NuN Center is behind this school building, you'll have to walk around the school.

From Gezira Street, Zamalek (Gezira Club)
You are coming from Gezira Club, you have passed Marriott.
Shafeek Mansour will be the 3rd street on the right.
(4th Street on the Right is Sri Lanka Street which has TBS-The Bakery Shop)

Yoga Mats

We do have some extra Yoga mats and Yoga rugs for you to use

Prefer to bring your known, it helps maintain personal hygiene
